Agreement to These Terms

• These Terms of Service form a user agreement between you and ApeMotion Technologies LLC for your use of PhotoStickerMaker.
• By accessing the website, signing in, uploading a photo, generating stickers, purchasing credits, or downloading assets, you agree to these terms.
• If you use PhotoStickerMaker for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Upload only photos and other materials that you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload public figures. Upload private individuals, minors, or sensitive images only if you have all required rights and consent.
• Do not upload illegal content, harmful content, or third-party rights-protected material.
• Do not use PhotoStickerMaker to impersonate others, harass people, mislead viewers, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, or bypass technical and safety protections.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Generated Content

• PhotoStickerMaker uses uploaded photos and generation systems to create stylized characters, stickers, previews, and downloadable files.
• AI-generated results may be imperfect, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or visually different from your expectations.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated stickers before sharing or using them, and for making sure your use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
• We may remove or restrict uploaded or generated content that appears to violate these terms, platform safety rules, legal obligations, or rights of others.

Payments and Credits

• Some features require paid credits or a one-time unlock. Prices, included features, credit amounts, and expiration rules are shown at checkout or in the product experience.
• Unused creation credits may expire 30 days after purchase unless a different period is stated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds, failed payments, chargebacks, taxes, and currency conversion may be handled according to provider rules and applicable law.
• Free previews, trials, re-rolls, promotional credits, and credits issued for support reasons may be limited, changed, or discontinued.

Downloads and Third-Party Platforms

• We may provide GIF, WebM, animated WebP, APNG, or other sticker formats for use on supported chat platforms.
• Third-party platforms such as WeChat, QQ, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage are not controlled by PhotoStickerMaker and may change their upload rules, sticker requirements, file limits, or availability.
• You are responsible for following each platform's terms and community rules when uploading, sending, or sharing stickers.

Service Changes and Availability

• We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, generation models, prices, supported formats, or platform guides as the service evolves.
• We work to keep PhotoStickerMaker reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, upload, payment, or use of the service creates risk or violates these terms.
