Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in provider details when you create or access an account.
• Uploaded photos, generated characters, generated stickers, file metadata, and download history needed to create and deliver your sticker packs.
• Payment and credit records, including checkout status, purchased credits, trial usage, refunds, and expiration dates. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by PhotoStickerMaker.
• Technical information, such as device, browser, session, log, security, usage, analytics consent, and cookie consent data that helps us operate, secure, and improve the service. When analytics is enabled, we may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page views, CTA clicks, sign-in flow completion, upload completion, checkout starts, purchases, downloads, and guide clicks. We do not send uploaded photos, generated image URLs, download URLs, email addresses, names, or payment card details to analytics.

How We Use Information

• To generate, store, preview, and deliver animated stickers and chat-ready download formats.
• To manage accounts, credits, free previews, purchases, support requests, safety checks, abuse prevention, and service notices.
• To protect PhotoStickerMaker, users, and third parties from fraud, unauthorized access, policy violations, and misuse of uploaded images.
• To analyze aggregate product usage so we can improve reliability, performance, onboarding, sticker generation quality, organic search pages, and conversion funnels.

Sharing and Service Providers

• We share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, payments, storage, analytics, email, customer support, abuse prevention, and AI generation infrastructure.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
• We do not sell your uploaded photos or generated stickers to third-party advertisers.

Retention and Deletion

• Generated stickers and source assets may remain in your library so you can download them later, unless you delete them or close your account.
• Deleting an uploaded origin photo prevents future character generations from that photo, but it may not remove characters, stickers, transactions, logs, or backups that must be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
• We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your Choices

• Do not upload public figures. Upload private individuals, minors, or sensitive images only if you have all required rights and consent.
• You can access generated downloads from your library, delete supported assets, or contact support to request help with account, privacy, or deletion questions.
• You may opt out of non-essential emails by using unsubscribe links where available, while still receiving transactional or security messages. You can also decline optional analytics cookies in the website consent prompt. Declining analytics does not block account access, uploads, checkout, or downloads.
